You will play a crucial role in planning, organising, and overseeing training programs within our organisation as part of the Operations Support team.
The primary purpose of this team is to ensure that the training needs of our clients are identified and provide operational support. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers whilst undertaking a range of other administrative and operational support tasks.
The ideal candidate must be confident at working independently, communicating with customers different mediums and have proficient experience in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Due to business growth we are looking to recruit first aid trainers in Cleveland & Staffordshire, to deliver our FTACC level courses.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is therefore essential for this role, as you’ll be required to travel to our Customer’s training venues. In order to deliver our training you will need to have a Teaching qualification. If this is something you are already working towards, we would still love to hear from you!

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is therefore essential for this role, as you’ll be required to travel to our Customer’s training venues. In order to deliver our training you will need to have a Teaching qualification and an RTACC (Rescue, Trauma & Casualty Care) qualification – or equivalent.
