The ATACC Group is committed to safeguarding the privacy of your personal information.

We may collect, store and use any information that you send to us as well as the personal information that you provide to us for your registration or the purchase of our goods or services.

Using your personal information

The information collected allows us to provide you with a better service. We may contact you with information about the services and products we offer that may be of interest to you, to conduct market research surveys or to improve our current products.

If you have chosen not to have your information shared with third parties then we will not disclose any personal details except to our business partners and suppliers that process data on our behalf. Please note that your data maybe transferred between any of the countries we operate within for the purposes outlined by this policy

We may also disclose your personal information to the extent we are required to do so by law or in connection with any legal proceedings.


To prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information we will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions including storing the information you provide to us on secure servers (password and firewall protected).

Payment Policy

Your place is not guaranteed until full payment is received. The ATACC Group accepts all major credit and debit cards through our website payment portal. If you require an invoice sending please complete the relevant parts on the registration form.

For ATACC course bookings, please make all cheques payable to ‘ATACC’.

Where cheques are accepted for other courses, please make all cheques payable to ‘The ATACC Group’.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

A refund of the course fee, less a £250 deposit booking fee will be given for cancellations received up to ten weeks before the start of the course.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email, letter or fax.

No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than ten weeks before the start of the course.

A course place may be deferred to a subsequent course if the request is received up to ten weeks before the start of the course. A £25 administration fee will be charged.


The ATACC Group reserve the right to use quotations of participants, photographic footage and copies of any certificates for the purposes of training, advertisement and research. If anyone has any objections to an individual being included in such material then they should make this known to the by writing to the address below.

You may also write to this address should you wish to instruct us not to use your information for marketing purposes.
